To ensure the optimum value of your time and opinions, we will invite you only to those surveys that best match your demographic profile and interests. To do so, Zippy Opinion requires a certain level of personal information from you. This information is used only to profile each member for our surveys. Zippy Opinion respects your privacy and supports the rights of its members by limiting the use of its information for legitimate marketing research purposes only.
When you fill out a survey, Zippy Opinion uses your responses along with other participants’ responses to inform clients about consumer’s attitudes toward their products or services. The registration information you fill out gives clients a general picture of what types of people filled out the survey: how many men versus women, average level of education, etc. We use your e-mail address to send you invitations to participate in new surveys and to contact you with messages about Zippy Opinion. We use your postal address to mail any survey-related incentives or product samples.
You will only receive emails and text messages from us when we have a survey from you. Additionally, if you are using the AvidOpinion app to take surveys on Zippy Opinion, then you may also receive push notifications for surveys when made available. This is to ensure that you are quick to take surveys before the quota is full.
The main principles for membership and the way we treat our members are based on honesty and authenticity.
We ask our members to answer our surveys honestly. With our quality checks in place, we ensure that surveys have been answered at an appropriate time, and sufficiently well. Members who do not follow these simple principles will risk having their account deleted and losing their reward(s).
After signing up with us we will send a confirmation email to your registered email ID. Please check your inbox and click on the link that we will send to activate your account.
Your membership with Zippy Opinion is entirely voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us by email – support@zippyopinion.com
Please note that if you deactivate your account, any rewards/money you have accumulated will not be paid, and if subsequently, you rejoin Zippy Opinion, the rewards accumulated previously would not be carried forward to a new account.
Membership can be cancelled by clicking on the Unsubscribe button available under the survey invitation or by writing to support@zippyopinion.com or by logging into a member’s account.

We will send you an e-mail welcoming you to the panel. After that, we will contact you periodically by e-mail/SMS/Push Notifications to ask you to take part in a survey. The e-mail/SMS will contain all the information you need to participate, including the URL to visit to take the survey. When you take a survey, you’ll have the opportunity to earn points and win prizes.

There are a variety of reasons for this to happen. The email may still be in transit. Depending on internet traffic, it can take a couple of hours for emails to arrive. This is more likely to happen around the holidays and peak sending times. Ensure that you have given the correct email – no spaces or spelling errors. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folder as there are chances the Activation email may have landed in the mentioned folders. Despite this, if you have still not received an email, navigate back to the registration page and re-enter your email to prompt another confirmation mail.
After successful registration, please log into your account with your email ID and password. Please fill in your profile properly to get a chance to have the most relevant surveys.
Sorry, only one email address/household is allowed to register with Zippy Opinion. The person who registers should be the one most interested in taking surveys. However, other members of your family can still participate! Occasionally, you may receive invitations requesting input from “the teen in your household,” “the male in your household,” etc. In such cases, feel free to have the appropriate family member respond. Any rewards or prizes earned through their participation will be credited to your rewards account.
Your Panelist ID is a unique code assigned to you as a member of Zippy Opinion. It is required to participate in Zippy Contests and other community activities.

To update your contact information—such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number—log in to your Zippy Opinion account. From the dashboard, click on “Your Profile”, then select “Update Profile” and enter the required details.

Account can be deleted by clicking on Unsubscribe button available under survey invitation or by writing to support@zippyopinion.com or by login to member’s account.

No, each person can only register with one account. Our system identifies multiple account entries, and we reserve the right to delete any account where members have attempted to register with multiple accounts.
The more profile information you enter, the more number of surveys you receive. Having your profile information complete also ensures that you receive surveys relevant to your profile and interest that could bring you more rewards.
Click on the “Settings” tab and then “Change Password” and follow the instructions provided.
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. We’ll send a password reset link to your registered email address. Click on that link to create a new password and regain access to your account.
The Loyalty Index is your survey rating on Zippy Opinion and reflects your credibility as a survey participant. A low Loyalty Index may be the reason you’re not receiving points for completed surveys.
To keep your Loyalty Index high:
- Answer all surveys honestly.
- Complete them within a reasonable amount of time.
- Avoid using any unfair or malicious methods while responding.
- Maintaining a high Loyalty Index ensures you receive the best and most rewarding surveys. It also increases your chances of qualifying for high-profile surveys, helping you maximize your rewards.

It depends on the subject matter and type of survey. Our shortest surveys could be between 1 to 5 minutes, and the longest surveys could be up to 25 minutes.
The frequency of survey invitations depends on several factors, including the accuracy of your profile information, your regular participation, and the availability of projects that match your profile.

Yes, of course. It is completely your choice whether you want to complete a survey or not. If you haven’t attempted any survey for a long while, you may receive an email from us checking whether you wish to continue being a member of Zippy Opinion.

Since your input cannot contribute to the client’s research, rewards are typically not issued for incomplete or disqualified surveys.
This can happen when a survey receives more responses than expected in a short period of time. Additionally, email delivery may be delayed by your email service provider, so the invitation may not reach your inbox immediately after it’s sent.

You earn Zippy Points by completing surveys sent to you based on your profile information. For each successfully completed survey, you can earn between 25 and 250 Zippy Points, depending on the length and complexity of the survey.
Total Points Earned: This refers to the total number of points you have accumulated from all your completed activities and surveys so far.
Points Available for Redemption: This indicates the number of points that are currently eligible to be redeemed for rewards. Some points may still be under verification or processing and may not yet be available for redemption.
The number of Zippy Points awarded for a survey depends on its length and complexity. Longer or more detailed surveys generally offer more points as they require more time and effort to complete.
After a project closes, all survey responses are reviewed for quality. If any responses are found to be invalid or inappropriate—such as irrelevant answers, random/junk characters, or surveys completed suspiciously fast—they are discarded.
In such cases, any points awarded for those responses will be deducted from your account to maintain data integrity.

We conduct a variety of surveys for many clients. Some surveys are programmed by us, while others are created by our clients and hosted on their own systems. Because respondents use different operating systems, browsers, internet connections, and devices, some surveys may not be fully compatible with every setup. Additionally, occasional human errors can also cause issues.
If you experience a technical problem with a survey, please email us at support@zippyopinion.com, include the Survey ID, and provide a screenshot if possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Yes, you can usually access the survey again. Depending on the survey design and your browser settings, you may be able to continue from where you left off or you might need to start over from the beginning.
Zippy Opinion only sends emails to members with confirmed email addresses. If you recently joined and haven’t received any emails, your email address may not be confirmed yet.
Please check your Inbox and Bulk/Spam folders for a confirmation email from Zippy Opinion. Follow the instructions in that email to confirm your address. Also, to ensure you receive our emails, please add admin@zippyopinion.com to your safe senders list.
